Automatically Manage Microsoft Record Retention
Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint On-Premises provide great collaboration tools but managing records retention in them can be a daunting task.
↳ Without appropriate technology, it is easy to let important SharePoint records responsibilities fall through the cracks. For agencies with Federal Records Management regulations to comply with, this can lead to serious consequences.
Feith’s O365 and SharePoint Record Management solution helps you to automatically manage the disposition of your content stored in O365 and SharePoint.
↳ Don’t run the risk of losing vital information, violating retention and compliance regulations, or even facing congressional censure.
With bidirectional integrations with O365 and SharePoint, RMA iQ can automatically track and manage the records in your environment, ensuring that they are properly retained and disposed of in accordance with your organization’s specific regulations.
↳ Automated records management processes that save you time and ensure compliance

A complete solution for managing records in SharePoint & O365
Declare a record
Users may manually or programmatically declare a record in one system, and the software will automatically declare the record in the other system.
It does this by assigning the pointer to SharePoint a “record state”. Users can then utilize RMA iQ to assign a category or modify existing auxiliary properties. The category will determine how long the system retains the record and what disposition action is taken upon expiration.
Disposition & disposition approval
When documents are approved for deletion in the RMA iQ Disposition Center, Feith deletes the document in SharePoint.
If desired, Feith can maintain metadata from dispositioned SharePoint records. The system destroys the file, but the metadata row stays in the repository marked as “destroyed.”
Security & oversight
Use RMA iQ’s ABAC and RBAC security tools to manage employees through levels of permissions.
Once the system establishes the identity of the user, the software verifies what that person is authorized to access. Audit trails are also visible for every record in the repository.
Simplify your ERM program
Save time and money by not having to duplicate content in another system.
Increase efficiency by accessing all content from a single interface. Improve compliance with records management regulations. Gain peace of mind knowing your records are being effectively managed and secured.

As work is more geographically distributed than ever, it’s never been more critical to tackle SharePoint and Office 365 compliance.
RMA iQ offers the complete solution for meeting these critical responsibilities. Sync your records from SharePoint to the RMA iQ Archive and manage the entire records management lifecycle including capture, management, search, and final disposition.
Feith captures metadata from existing systems, connecting content from SharePoint On-Premises, SharePoint Online, and Office 365. RMA iQ is DoD 5015.02 certified for SharePoint ERM and has ATOs both on-premises and on GovCloud IL-4 and IL-6 environments.
Feith can implement SharePoint RM using a Manage in Place strategy. This means that Feith manages files in the same system that the files are being created and accessed in, rather than moving files into the records management repository. Files stay in SharePoint, and FeithSync creates a link in Feith that points to the file in SharePoint.
