This solution has received ATO at FISMA High, Impact Level 6, and meets all security requirements for handling sensitive information.

AWS GovCloud (US) and C2E are secure cloud computing environments specifically for U.S. government agencies and contractors. It provides agencies with the same high-quality, low-cost, and scalable AWS services that are available in the commercial AWS Cloud, but with additional security controls and accreditations that meet the stringent requirements of the U.S. government.

The solution is also available in both on-premises, on the SIPR and JWICS networks. The on-premises version can be deployed on your agency’s existing infrastructure.

Automatic Disposition & Transfer

Feith’s RMA iQ will ensure that the agency’s creation and storing of records meets all format, security, retention, and legal requirements as defined by NARA, OMB M-19-21, and the agency.

The workflow engine will allow agency staff to be more efficient and responsive by automating records compliance in accordance with the agency’s retention schedule and file plan.

The agency can configure its disposition processes to transfer, destroy, cutoff, or accession to NARA based on the record’s categorization and retention rules. Within the Retention Schedule Administrator, the records manager sets disposition instructions for each category, including transfer and accession, with a simple web-based tool.

For destruction dispositions, Feith ensures that the proper procedures are in place to perform the appropriate level of forensic destruction. RMA iQ can be configured to destroy both the object and the metadata, or just the object. Prior to decommissioning, Feith will securely remove any information or records stored in the system. The system can be configured to periodically purge non-records in accordance with agency policy, or set the system to automatically purge non-records every month, quarter, year, etc.
